Sayali Bhagat alleges Sexual harassment Charges against Shiney Ahuja

Actor Shiney Ahuja has been accused of sexual harassment again, this time by a co-star.

Actress Sayali Bhagat, who stars opposite Shiney in the upcoming horror movie Ghost, has claimed that the actor misbehaved with her a number of times during the shoot of the film and even made advances towards her.

According to reports, Sayali will file a police complaint against Shiney at the Malad Police Station in Mumbai. The complaint will also include Shiney's wife Anupam who has allegedly been sending Sayali text messages since the story broke. After the story was first published in a leading magazine, Sayali was apparently under tremendous pressure to deny the accusations she made in the interview.

Earlier this year, nearly a month after the trial court convicted him, sentencing him to seven years imprisonment, Shiney was granted bail by the Bombay High Court on April 27, 2011.

Just after HT City did a story on actor Sayali Bhagat’s ever-changing statements on whether her Ghost co-actor Shiney Ahuja harassed her or not, Sayali seems to have finally made up her mind. The actor now plans to file a police complaint against Shiney and his wife Anupam at the Malad

“Shiney made plenty of passes at me during our film. He’d whisper to me that he can’t resist me, and used to call and send texts at odd times. Even his wife has been spamming me with texts that I shouldn’t have said such defamatory things about Shiney,” said Sayali.

Former Miss India and actress Sayali Bhagat says she doesn`t understand talks about girls refusing to sport a bikini in `Dhoom 3`, adding she would gladly wear one for a role.

"I have no inhibitions about looking sexy. I am quite comfortable with my body. I want to wear bikinis. Sayali Bhagat in a bikini would definitely add value to any film," she said in a statement.

"I work out regularly and have one of the hottest bodies in B-town. I am fed up of playing the good girl on screen. Now I am looking for a change of image and would love to do sexy roles like Bipasha in `Dhoom 2`. I don`t understand all this talk about girls refusing to sport a bikini in `Dhoom 3`. I`d gladly do it and look super hot too," she said.

"But sadly, I am only getting performance-oriented roles `Halla Bol` and `Jail` where I am dressed from top to toe. Even in my next movie `Ghost` opposite Shiney Ahuja, I play a doctor. Even in Tinu Verma`s `This Weekend`, I play a tomboy except for that one song with Rajneesh Duggal wherein I have donned a sexy orange bikini. Thank god for small mercies," she added.

Sayali has replaced Ameesha Patel in tennis star Leader Paes`s debut project `Rajdhani Express`.
