SPOTTED: Pregnant Kareena on ‘Heroine’ sets

The term ‘pregnant’ doesn’t seem to leave Madhur Bhandarkar’s life. Madhur had to drop Aishwarya Rai from his ambitious project ‘Heroine’ last year after he found out that the actress was five months pregnant.

Much was discussed about the issue and it was feared that the project would have to be shelved altogether due to the unavailability of the lead actress. Kareena Kapoor, Madhur’s original choice for the role made an entry and after some alteration to the script, it seemed that Bebo was all set to do the film.

But recent rumours of Kareena’s baby bump seem to have put a question mark on the film once again. The actress and the director were quick to come up with clarifications and said that the rumours were baseless. Recently, Madhur tweeted a picture of Kareena on the sets of ‘Heroine’ which showed the actress sporting a baby bump.

Before the director could clarify, fresh rumors started floating about Bebo being pregnant. An irritated Madhur tweeted, “Guys lets not speculate. Its for REEL & not real!!! Its for a scene in my film #Heroine. Its FAKE!!!(sic)”

There were also rumours that the film was based on Manisha Koirala’s life. But Madhur had clarified that it wasn’t.
