Hrithik Roshan speaks in favour of legalisation of homosexuality

Actor Hrithik Roshan has almost sacrificed his party life to focus completely on his upcoming project Krissh 2, but the actor definitely has time for social and national causes. Hrithik has recently slammed the Additional Social General PP Malhotra for making statement against leagalisation of homosexuality.

Few days back, PP Malhotra said, "Gay sex is highly immoral and against social order and there is high chance of spreading of diseases through such acts.” Reacting hard on this, Hrithik said that being gay is not a disease. Claiming that there are different kinds of people on this earth, that teaches us tolerance and universal love.

The actor also puts up a strong question, “It's taken us hundreds of years to evolve as a society and realise how ridiculous and preposterous discrimination against race/caste is. How many more years is it going to take us to be mature enough and learn to accept individual sexual inclination? Perhaps the starting point is to understand that homosexuality is NOT a matter of choice.”

Hrithtik has definitely made a valid point by favouring individual sexual interest. What you say over this issue, that's even a taboo to discuss in our society?
