Photos of Lady Gaga on a hospital stretcher have given rise to rumours of a sex change surgery.
The photo was a still from the Marry the Night video released on Friday which have sparked feverish speculation that it’s about her rumoured “sex change op”.
The subject of Lady Gaga’s sexuality has been under much debate since she ‘popped out’ of her dress in Glastonbury in 2009.
She has added fuel to the fire by announcing to fans in a message that she will ‘tell the story she never told’.
“It’s not that I’ve been dishonest, it’s just that I loathe reality... The beginning of the story I never told you,” the Mirror quoted her as saying.
The video is much talked about on the Internet, with fans flooding music forums with their wild theories.
“Damn! Did Gaga really have a sex change operation?” wrote one, while another said: “That picture is Gaga getting a sex change operation right?”
