What fitness regimen are you following to keep yourself looking fresh as daisy these days?
I keep a positive and simple approach to things, including managing my weight. Yoga is something I can’t live without — I find it rejuvenating and refreshing. It is the best form of exercise for any age group. Apart from yoga, my exercise routine involves push-ups, squats, lunges and other such exercises. Cardio is central to my workout routine.
Spill your diet secrets. Are you a careful eater?
The secret is simple — I eat. I attribute weight management to smart eating. I start my day with a low-fat breakfast. A combination of a balanced diet and regular exercise can help to regulate metabolism. I break my meals into smaller ones and control my portions. Drinking at least 6-8 glasses of water daily is important. This helps me look good and feel special every day.
