Bollywood actor Fardeen Khan has been found guilty by Mumbai court on charges of consuming cocaine. The actor was booked in the case of cocaine seizure in 2001 for buying 1 gm of cocaine from a drug dealer in Mumbai, but later he was granted bail.
The ‘No Entry’ actor would now be sentenced on November 2.
It must be known that consumption of more than a gram of banned substances can lead to a jail sentence of 10 years.
The court today agreed with Fardeen’s claim. Normally, the punishment for the charges Mr Khan has been convicted of is six years in jail or a fine of Rs. 10,000 or both.
