Force – Movie Preview

Producer Vipul Shah’s upcoming movie Force is a remake of Tamil movie Kaakha Kaakha. South Indian filmmaker Gautham Menon had prepared the script in Hindi, in July 2004. He had even planned to direct Sunny Deol in the film five years ago. But the film eventually failed to take off. Now, Nishikanth Kamath has taken up the project and directed John Abraham and Genelia D'Souza.

The story of the movie Force revolves around Yashvardhan (John Abraham), who is a hard-headed senior narcotics officer, who always ensures that justice is served. In his mission to crack down on India's drug cartels, he encounters a ruthless enemy, who will stop at nothing until he gets his revenge for the damage done to his business by the narcotics team. Meanwhile, he falls in love with free-spirited Maya (Genelia), who forces him to choose between his professional life and her love life. What happens next will form the climax of the film.

Harris Jayaraj has composed music for the song of Force, which has been penned by Javed Akhtar. T-Series has released the music on 29 August, 2011. The album has received positive reviews from music critics. Especially, songs like 'Khwabon Khwabon' and 'Main Chali' have been liked by both critics and music lovers.
