Narayan Dutt Tiwari (born 18 October 1925) is an Indian political figure. He was Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh three times during the 1970s and 1980s and was Chief Minister of Uttarkhand from 2002 to 2007. A member of the Indian National Congress, he subsequently served as Governor of Andhra Pradesh from 2007 until 2009, when he resigned due to a sex scandal. He has made the country India feel ashamed.
