She broke her tease of a promise to strip in 2011 when India won the World Cup. Come 2012 and Poonam Pandey has fulfilled a promise she made on Twitter to disrobe for Shah Rukh Khan if his Kolkata Knight Riders wins the IPL season 5.
The starlet has taken the world by storm as she is
trending not only in India but worldwide on Twitter. "Wow i am trending World Wide...," she tweeted.
"Tweethearts and fans round the World... the pic was Just a Trailer lot more u will see in my Debut Film.. so stay tuned... luv u all xox," she added.
Earlier in the day, the model had tweeted the nude pic saying: "here is a Pic as I PROMISED."
"WARNING 18 & under should not try looking up the pic. that said I do not take responsibility for anyone under age," the starlet added.
"Korbo Lorbo Jeetbo re," her another tweet read.
The Kingfisher model is completely naked and flashes her butt and side boob in the hot picture. She has accessorised her nude look with black neckpiece and bracelet.
It is a welcome break from her usual boring images, where she is clad in either a black or white brassiere.
This isn't the first time that the starlet has used cricket to promote herself. She had posted a racy pic for Virat Kohli after India's victory against Pakistan in Asia Cup match (March 18).
She had tweeted an old nude picture for Sachin Tendulkar when he scored his 100th ton. The tweet read: "This historic moment reminds me of an old picture which one of my fan had Morphed."
Earlier also, she had posted videos titled Bathroom Secret, Bedroom Secret and Mirror Act for the Men in Blue.
Apart from stripping at every opportunity, she will soon be making her Bollywood debut in Jism director Amit Saxena's next. She says her debut film is a coming-of-age tale, something that people have not seen before: "I've rejected 30 offers. But there was something very special about this movie. I have heard several story narrations, but this story was unique. I am sure people have not seen something like this before. My character is extremely interesting," she said.
So what's so unique about the storyline? "It's going to change people's mindset. It will change the way people think about Bollywood. It's radically different from the way films are being made here. I would say, it's not a normal story of a-boy-meets-girl-and-they-fall-in-love genre. It's a very different story."
Ask her if the film will have explicit scenes, the Pandey girl replies in affirmative. "The bold scenes are shot in a very classy way. If I'm there, there is bound to be exposure. I have stepped into glam business with a bold image so why would I shy away from doing hot scenes in Bollywood."
